British amplifier manufacturer, Orange Amps launched the Tiny Terror amp in 2006 and has already sold over 30,000 units, making it one of the most in-demand amps in the world. The concept of the Tiny Terror was simple: squeeze every drop of Orange’s unique signature tone into a lunch-box sized amp to create 15 watts of unmistakable Orange Class A Tone weighing only a few kilos -  and at a price every guitarist can afford.

Orange can now announce the next generation of the Tiny Terror concept - the ‘Dual Terror’: a twin channel, 30-watt head, switchable from 30 to 15 or 7 watts giving more choice and options shrunk into a size that belies its power!

Sparrow Guitars is proud to have introduced the Von Drat surf guitar at the 2009 NAMM Show. The Von Drat is the newest addition to Sparrow’s family of retro guitars which includes the Big Daddy, Primitive, Rat Rod and Twangmaster models. The Von Drat debuted at the 2009 NAMM Show Hall D Booth #3394 in Anaheim, California from January 15-18th 2009 at the Anaheim Convention Center.

2009 will see a new, darker version of one Ibanez’s best known metal monsters, the Destroyer. The new DTT700MGS features the original classic mahogany body and shape, but adds more hard-edged updates such as Gibraltar Custom bridge with thru-body stringing and powerful DiMarzio D Activator X pickups. An especially important change from the old Destroyers to the new model is the change in the neck scale from the old version’s 24 ¾” scale to a longer 25 ½” scale for clearer articulation.

In 2009, all Ibanez Prestige guitars will once more be made exclusively in Japan. In response, all 2009 Prestige models will be made in Japan.”

Lace Music announced it’s new vintage inspired version of it’s groundbreaking Helix bass line. With a nod to the past the new “L” model is equipped with Lace Aluma P split pickups in chrome. These new additions to the Alumitone line of patented pickup technology only available thru Lace, is the most advanced state in the art in pickup design.
